Cottage Policies

• No Smoking, No Pets
• Price for two bedroom cottage, based on 4 persons, price for one bedroom cottage based on 2 persons.
• Maximum number of people allowed in a standard 2 bedroom cottage is 5, a deluxe 2 bedroom is 6, a 1 bedroom is 3.
• Add $10 per night for the additional person.

Reservations

• In season reservations (July & August) are accepted by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday.
• Daily off-season rates available on request.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
• We regret that pets are not allowed.
• Reservations may not be shortened after arrival.
• Occasional last minute space for shorter stays may be available. Please call.
• Please call for rates by the month or season.

Deposits

• A deposit of one half the rental amount payable upon making reservation.
• No Credit Cards accepted.
• Please make checks payable in U.S. funds to Cottage In The Lane.

Payment

• Balance of U.S. funds due upon arrival, payable in cash, checks or travelers checks.
• No Credit Cards accepted.

Cancellations

• A six week notice of cancellation is required for a refund.
• Within six weeks, deposit will be refunded only if the cottage is re-rented for the same amount of time.
• A $25 service charge applies to all cancellations.

Check-In/Check- Out

• Check in is 3:00 PM. 
• Check out is 10:00 AM.
• Please adhere to these times to allow us ample time for cleaning.

We regret that pets are not allowed.
Cottages are NON-SMOKING.
